Germany - Magdeburg to Minden

Near St Peters Church is the neighbouring Magdalene Chapel that was built in 1315. It was originally the Corpus Christi Chapel until it became the property of the Magdalene monastery. This is a memorial place for Mechthild of Magdeburg, a Christian medieval mystic, who wrote a book about her visions of God in the 1200s.
